Generating Abundance Through Conscious Intention
“The unseen holds more energy than what our physical world holds. When we can attune ourselves to the unseen we are able to expand beyond what our senses can comprehend. That is where the Truth of Light is living”
-Bryan Totten
What does Abundance truly mean and What does it mean to you?
According to Merriam Webster dictionary, the meaning of abundance is “a very large quantity of something.”
This can be much more than financial wealth. The abundance of joy, love, friendships, healthy relationships, food, and mindset. Abundance flows through you when you are open to it. It may be a very large quantity of what you already possess but didn’t realize how to tap into it.
Most of the time it has to do with having an “abundance mindset,” a term that is often used in the entrepreneurial and business coaching and mentoring world.
Cultivating and nurturing this mindset is not easy as many have been brought up with different paradigm beliefs around abundance, and at times possibly feeling guilty for having it, or not having enough of it.
So what does it truly mean to be abundant to you? (Comment/Respond in the chat below, don’t be shy)
For me, it is leaving a legacy of exponential growth to enrich and empower lives around me through educational resources that will be supportive in establishing and achieving goals that were once thought to not be attainable. Being able to see the light in someone’s eyes after going through Teacher Training, or at the End of a Yoga class, and the emotion they feel, is the abundance of love that flows through me and pours into them.
So how do we reach a state where this divine abundance is flowing through me?
Well, for starters, the practice of having Gratitude for everything and everyone will be my first go too.
Even if the person really frosted your cookies or you may be having a bad day, you can still appreciate them as a teacher and thank them for the knowledge you gained.
The best way to Generate Abundance is to check in with where you are right now.

Financially
We will begin this series by first starting off with our Spiritual mindset.
Where are we on our walk with the divine? Be it God, Source, Spirit, Universe….
How are we trusting ourselves to trust the universe?
How are we holding ourselves accountable and why aren’t we?
This is a great opportunity to begin a meditation practice, get out into nature, and awaken to higher states of consciousness through taking this week to reflect on our dharma or purpose.
How do we discover our purpose?

Once we let go of the “have to,” that’s when God (insert your choice here), takes over and life begins to move in ways we didn’t know it was meant to.
As Kelly McHugh says, “Just because you are where you are at right now, doesn’t mean that you need to stay in that space.”
On December 29th, 2020 I embarked on a new meditation practice called T.M (Transcendental Meditation created by his holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi), which changed the way I saw myself and my circumstances. This meditation technique completely transformed the way I normally meditated and enhanced it 1000%. I felt deeply at peace and noticed my energy, creativity, health, and overall vitality improving. I felt this innate inner glow and peace that was completely incomprehensible. I’ve continued to practice this technique 2x a day for 20mins a day and witnessed more progressive changes and natural removals of toxic people, places, and things. Everything is becoming whole again.
My business is expanding, school is the perfect layer to what I offer in my AYTT, my patience with myself and others, I eat better, sleep better, and have abundance in my life, when I surrender to the universe and allow God to provide.
“The Shift”, by Dr. Wayne Dyer, was sent to me by my sister Tanya, the day before I wrote this blog, and I watched it right before going live for my Podcast on IGTVLIVE, and he confirms so much of what we are speaking about today and more.
What hit home the hardest, within the first 20mins of watching the video through tears, was The EGO.
E= Edging
G= God
O= Out
“Once we (the part of us that is the small “s” self) starts to take over, we edge God out (EGO). It’s the part of us that tells us who we are by what we have. The more you have, the more you feel others are trying to take it away from you. So many spend so much time striving that they never get to arrive.”
The EGO, becomes what I do and what I do = an achievement, and believing what I do, we become obsessed with ideas of success, self-worth, and value of oneself. The human in turn is based upon what I have accomplished which is the EGO. Or/ and, your EGO is based on what other people think of you. (Especially now with social media) The EGO teaches us that we are separate from God (Source, etc).
But something we learn from “the afternoon of our life,” as Dr. Wayne Dyer mentions, “is that everything comes from Source and this source is everywhere and in everything. Since it is in everything, then it must be in me if there is no place that it is not. And if it must be in me, whatever is missing from my (your, our) life. In the same way, anything that you are missing from in your life, you would like to have, you are already connected to in Spirit.
“All you have to do is align yourself”. - Dr. Dyer
A great way to get into alignment is through meditation. Meditation, guides us through how we begin Generating Abundance through conscious intention. A great way to begin your own practice is to discover where you are right now:

“Research shows that people who practice the TM technique twice a day, every day, experience a greater decrease in neuroticism, heart attacks, strokes, and death. In addition, they gain much more in autonomic stability (indicates less stress), resilience, intelligence, and sociability.” -(Hodder, Orme)
