501(c)3 Integrating Yoga and Ayurvedic health education for under-represented communities empowering physical, mental, and socioeconomic well-being.
About US
We alleviate the obstacle of accessing yoga and holistic wellness services for our underrepresented minority communities in financial hardship through low-cost and accessible yoga and Ayurveda training, programs, and retreats.
Our mission is to provide cost-conscious modalities of Ayurvedic (holistic) healthcare education, yoga classes, and wellness services to regress, prevent, and manage mental, emotional, and physical health in partnership with respected medical providers to improve the overall quality and integrity of healthcare.
We invite you to be a part of the change and make an impact that will save a life.

Our newest initiative V.I.B.R.A.N.T, is driven by our passion for women, children, and victims devastated by gun and domestic violence, incarceration, and addiction throughout New Orleans, LA, and all over the world fighting through recovery and rebuilding efforts. Your investment in our programs contributes to expanding our network of resources to provide accessible and equitable wellness courses through V.I.B.R.A.N.T (Victims Initiative Becoming Resilient and Navigating Trauma) creating Yoga and Ayurvedic Health Educational Curriculums in shelters for minorities in the heart of the city’s most violent districts.

"There's a growing body of research suggesting Ayurvedic medicine can have a significant positive impact on outcomes for patients with chronic medical conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. As someone who comes from a Western healthcare background, I do not see a zero-sum game between Western medicine and Ayurveda. Rather, these are simply different perspectives to achieving the same truth - helping our fellow person achieve the highest sense of well-being and quality of life."

“Yoga has been a personal and professional interest of mine for over 20 years. I have used yoga to contribute to the holistic medical field using integrative therapeutic approaches for pain management, including presenting my yoga research at the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy PT national conference. I enjoy practicing yoga with my patients to relieve pain and increase breath awareness, and love playfully engaging in yoga at home with my 7-year-old daughter, Ivy.”
