Christina Andrini is a 500-hour E-RYT, YACEP, HHMB, Ayurvedic Health Consultant, Global Yoga Educator, and bilingual (Spanish) yoga teacher known for making holistic wellness accessible to all. Recognized as a “Change Maker” by St. Charles Avenue Magazine and a “Healthy Hero” by Natural Awakenings, Christina has been a leader in the wellness space since 2011.

With over 10,000 hours of professional and international teaching experience, Christina has pioneered inclusive programs such as Accessible Aqua Yoga, Yoga en Español, and Connected Warriors NOLA—offering yoga to veterans, service members, and first responders. She is also the visionary behind the Day of Yoga & Wellness Festival, where she boldly crosses industries to partner with local musicians, artists, and culinary professionals to create a truly unique community event. Christina’s Yoga to Live Music series exemplifies her commitment to collaboration and innovation in the wellness world.

As a certified Ayurvedic Health Consultant and member of NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association), Christina advocates for preventative healthcare, particularly in reversing and managing Type 2 Diabetes and chronic conditions, through yoga, Ayurveda, and education. She is currently working on her new program for the NDPP CDC for Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Regression, in collaboration with Vahalla Industries, a medical data collection firm focused on research for preventative care for Type 2 Diabetes.

Christina’s work empowers individuals to experience transformation on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. She leads global retreats, workshops, and teacher training, both in person and asynchronously, guiding students to become empowered wellness leaders in their communities.
