Christina Andrini is a 500-hour E-RYT certified Ayurvedic Health Consultant, Lifestyle Wellness Coach, bilingual global yoga instructor, and educator known for bridging clinical and holistic wellness. A member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), she specializes in accessible, preventive care, particularly in the prevention and management of Type 2 diabetes - through yoga, Ayurveda, and public health education.
Honored as a New Orleans, LA “Change Maker” and “Healthy Hero,” Christina has led wellness programs internationally since 2011 and has been featured on local news and media for pioneering accessible yoga programs for individuals with disabilities. She currently collaborates with Vahalla Industries and the CDC’s National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) to advance research and community-based interventions for metabolic health.
Christina is pursuing her BA in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, with a minor in Consciousness and Human Potential, and is also pursuing her real estate license. She plans to earn her Master’s and PhD in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine to deepen her work at the intersection of tradition, science, and inclusive care. Her future goals include joining the Peace Corps and opening sustainable wellness education and healing centers worldwide, blending her expertise in Ayurveda, yoga, and public health.
