Take the Pre-Diabetes RiskTest

Pre-diabetes is a condition where blood glucose (sugar) levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be diagnostic for type 2 diabetes. Diabetes is the 8th leading cause of death. It is a serious disease that can cause heart attacks, strokes, blindness, kidney failure, or loss of toes, feet, or legs. Type 2 diabetes can be delayed or prevented in people with prediabetes through an effective lifestyle change program. It is essential for individuals to take the first step by assessing their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
