CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD CHARGE AUTHORIZATION

Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation ("JBYF") offers customers the opportunity to purchase the right to participate within an unlimited number of scheduled classes at a discounted per-class rate. Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation accepts Venmo, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card/debit card payments to permit customers to pay for these unlimited-class packages by means of equal monthly installments over the course of the applicable term.

Payment of Monthly Memberships: I acknowledge and agree to pay for the right to take unlimited classes with Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation for the term selected, and in consideration of such right granted by JBYF, do promise to pay JBYF a total of $89.00 per month for the monthly unlimited Tier 3 package (totaling $1068), $59.00 per month for the unlimited Tier 2 package (totaling $708), $39.00 for the unlimited Tier 1 package (totaling approximately $468) over a 12-month time frame. $50.00 for the 5-class package (for use within 6 six months), and /or $25 for the 2 weeks unlimited intro package (one-time promo price). I hereby authorize JBYF to charge the credit card/debit card payment method noted each month in order to pay these installments. I acknowledge that 100% of all memberships, and packages, are contributed to Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation and are considered a tax deduction. I acknowledge 100% of all donations, artwork, merchandise, sponsorship levels, special gifts, and the like, are allocated to Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation.  

Payment of Teacher Training Installments: I acknowledge and agree to pay for the right to take Yoga Teacher Training with Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation for the term selected, and in consideration of such right granted by JBYF, do promise to pay JBYF a total of $399 per month for the 5 (five) monthly installments (totaling $1995) which includes access to the unlimited Tier 1 package (totaling approximately $468) for the five-month timeframe enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training. Upon completion of the 5 months, I will have the opportunity to renew my membership of the Tier 1 package at $39.00 per month or cancel with a written statement. I hereby authorize JBYF to charge the credit card/debit card payment method noted each month in order to pay these installments or to pay the full amount of $1997 for a one-time charge. I acknowledge that this is a promotion offer and should I decide to enroll in the Yoga Teacher Training at any other time of the year, it will be for the full price for either the payment plan or pay in full tuition. I acknowledge 100% of all teacher training is a charitable contribution to Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation and is considered a tax deduction.

Return Charges: I acknowledge and agree that all charges for any credit card/debit card or payment method are non-refundable. I agree to notify Jai Bhakti Yoga and Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation no less than thirty (30) days in advance of any change to my credit card/debit card account to prevent a $15.00 cancelation fee from being charged. No Transfer or Cancellation: I acknowledge that this agreement is non-transferable. I also acknowledge that if this agreement must be canceled for any reason, I am responsible for payment of 1/2 of the remaining balance. Additionally, I understand that this package may not be frozen or applied to a non-consecutive month. First Come, First Serve: I acknowledge that I am not guaranteed a spot in any Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation class as a result of this agreement. I acknowledge that I must reserve a spot in each class online or by email.

Non-Payment: In the event that  JBYF must resort to retaining an attorney or collection agency to enforce payment under this agreement, I agree to pay any and all resulting charges incurred by JBYF including but not limited to costs of court and attorney's fees.

Cancellations for Retreats, School, Services and Programs

In the event of cancellations by the participant or the Company, or in the event of a “no-show”, regardless of the circumstances, ALL payments are non-refundable. Cancel For Any Reason Travel insurance is highly recommended. The Company is not responsible, or liable for flight cancellations, epidemics, pandemics, force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract, irresistible compulsion, or greater force), or other acts of nature. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper insurance at the time you purchase your retreat, program, service, or school curriculum, submit your deposit, and/ or purchase flights.

Due to teacher or Company cancellations or other situations beyond our control, the Company reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the customer as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any loss or costs incurred, including airfare, or force majeure.

The Company is not held liable for flight costs. Cancel for Any Reason Travel insurance is highly recommended. We are not responsible for flight cancellations, epidemics, pandemics, force majeure, or other acts of nature. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper insurance at the time you purchase your retreat, program, service, deposit, and/ or flight.

In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will not discuss this with any third party and shall notify the manager or CEO as soon as possible.

The Company is committed to the safety of all its students and clients. Students and clients must acknowledge and assume the risks involved in all services, travel, programs, school, and technology. The Company is not responsible for any unexpected occurrences, including those rendered by weather, political conditions, local infrastructure, wildlife, acts of God, technology, personal, or any circumstances outside our control. The Company and its owners, Board Directors, Volunteers, or third-party partners, shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses, personal matters, or damages in connection with retreat accommodations, programs, school curriculums, ground or air transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents, health-related problems, or any other circumstances during or prior to any service, retreat, school curriculum, program, or activity. It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks.
