Lesson 5: The Chakras
Working with chakras leads to positive change. Applied to psychological disorders, the teaching regarding the chakras goes beyond the mental causes of problems to their very root. The Sanskrit word for chakra means “wheel”. The chakras generally correspond with the major nerve ganglia or plexus that act as localized miniature brains or “sub-processors” of information in our physical body. The chakras’ color, energy, and intensity vary according to your state of health or disease.

This is where you pull out your business manager hat and begin considering all the facets that will start your business. I love creating concept maps to visualize the path of growth and create smaller S.M.A.R.T. goals to get to the ultimate result.
