“3 years ago, I was in the deepest depression of my life with the help of this foundation I overcame a suicide attempt and the fear of being alone. It's a constant fight every day for me but with the help of Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation, each day is a gift from the Divine. Thank you. And a Special thanks to Christina Andrini for her love and support. Please don't just tell someone depressed or suicidal to reach out, reach out to them! Reach out to me and as a member of this foundation, I will do all I can to reach out to all. Much love! “

“Christina. I know we’ve never met but I want to tell you that your posts, especially during the lockdown, were inspirational to me. I teach in a gifted/talented music program and love that as much as performing and was super down only dealing with zoom music lessons. Your perseverance is admirable.”

“Christina your heart to share what you have been given is so beautiful and inspiring and you do it in such beautiful and selfless ways. You presented yoga to me in a way that made me feel like it was accessible to me.
Ok, now I'M crying. lol. Yea, but, yoga classes and teachers have always been intimidating to me until I came to your class. You create such a loving and accepting environment and really allow people to be who they are with all our limitations.
Your classes are also about so much more than physical movement and you really have a gift for speaking truth in love firmly and gently in a way that is able to change and inspire and move people and remind people of what's good and true. Many times I think I came to your class in order to refocus and re-calibrate. And your classes facilitated this in a way I hadn't experienced before.

“Always a pleasure reading your art. Your words truly capture my attention and keep me intrigued throughout the duration of the reading. I truly love how you described TM as “a space to return to the wholeness of Self, to then enter into an experience with more ease and clarity based on taking time to see it from Being, as opposed to the self. “ Each time I read your work I realize how many experiences I have yet to encounter and live through and how much life I have to learn. I am excited to be able to truly put my life lessons into better words. You have truly been a guide for me on this journey.”

"When I came into her apartment for my first lesson I was a little nervous, but she made me feel right at home by inquiring about how things were going in my life. After a short conversation, I felt totally relaxed and ready to do yoga. It’s good to have a teacher who takes an interest in her students’ lives. I think Christina really cares for people and has a genuine love for humanity. We also talked about what I would like to accomplish with my yoga practice and we went over some ideas that she thought would help me out. I drive a truck for a living and need to focus on exercises that offset the negative effects sitting behind a steering wheel all day has on my body. Christina suggested some hip openers and some gentle backbends.
During our sessions, she has a way of challenging me to do more than I think I can but also of knowing how much is too much. I love the way she helps out with certain poses like “down dog” where she leans against my legs thus enabling me to get much deeper into the pose and receive maximum benefits. Towards the end of each session, she helps me with my favorite pose, which is a twist and a stretch, sorry I don’t know what it’s called, but with her help I can feel the tension leaving my body. She also helps loosen the neck muscles by massaging them a little bit and I also don’t know what you call this but she does this thing where she lifts up my legs and kind of swings them back and forth. This usually helps tremendously with relaxation also.
After a private yoga session with Christina I feel as if I’ve had both a yoga lesson as well as a mini massage. Most importantly I think all of this stems from her genuine concern and love for her fellow beings.
Christina is truly one of the best yoga teachers and loving, caring people I have ever met. Anyone considering taking private yoga lessons from her should definitely do it. Consider it an investment in yourself. " - Joe K.

"Christina Jai Bhakti Andrini offers a tremendous amount of love and spirituality through her Bhakti yoga practice. Our Costa Rica yoga retreat was a transformational experience for Scott and me. Highly recommend Christina Jai Bhakti Andrini as a "true authentic spiritual yogini".

“I am always very amazed at your writing and the way you make my own thoughts better. I tend to be more open-minded in discovering my own beliefs and analyzing myself. Thank you for always helping with your kind words and wonderful thoughts, and I'm sure you are not aware of the influence you have on many students. Thx” - Seferina Rivera
I've been participating in Christina's classes for several months now. The hours that her classes serve are the only ones that work around my schedule, and always made me feel safe being that I have never really been one for physical activity much less physical activity in groups. Her classes are informative, relaxing, and also challenging. Her weekend yoga classes held at the pool were my favorite, mainly because my body is not in a place where typical yoga is easy for me. I want to be able to continue finding ways to be physically healthy and emotionally strong, and I have begun to form a strong bond with Christina. I trust her as my teacher and as a friend. - Caroline Zemp and Jessica Bergeron
