Moon Salutation Full Version of Standing Version Chandra Full-moon Chair Yoga Beginner Flow 40min. Just like the moon passes through various phases, so too do we live through the various phases of life. Adapt and adjust poses for your comfort.

Poses include adaptive versions of the standing series.

  • Crescent Moon

  • Goddess

  • Star

  • Triangle

  • Runners stretch

  • Lunge

  • Scandasana variation

  • Garland

Begin clockwise and then return counterclockwise. Repeat this 3x ending on the left.

We use props such as blocks, pillows, blankets, chairs, straps, and bolsters as a way to ease the body into the opening, meeting yourself where you are on your mat today.

Modifications are typically presented throughout the class and we progress as we flow. Students are encouraged to regress and make adaptations to support their bodies safely.
