Anandamaya Kosha 20min Yoga Nidra Meditation
Anandamaya Kosha, the Bliss body and the 5th Kosha. It is the junction between formless Source in form. Taking the abstract and making it tangible. It is also a space where we enter into Sarahsrara chakra and discover Samadhi. It is a place where Shiva and Shakti or consciousness and energy meet and intermingle. It is experienced as a sense of pure silent joy. A space of abiding stillness and perfect contentment without cause or reason.

The bliss body or AnandaMaya Kosha is the most powerful of all the five coaches, being the first involution into form.
The bliss body is the junction between formless Sources in form.
It is a place where Shiva and Shakti or consciousness and energy meet and intermingle. It is experienced as a sense of pure silent joy. It is a space of abiding stillness and perfect contentment without cause or reason.
There’s no fear, desire, or sense of inadequacy.
The experience of love as a blissful body is not emotional ecstasy, which has the opposite, rather it is a spontaneous opening of the heart that is so overwhelming, that tears may come to your eyes. It leaves you with a feeling of great gratitude and oneness with everything. Among the five Koshas, this one reflects the divine bliss of the cell. Christians call it “being saved” or “Holy Spirit watching over them”. Those who are involved with the healing arts, such as Reiki, Yoga, or Spiritual practices will consider this as Source, God, Atman, the universe, light, consciousness, oneness, and spirit.
Chitta comprises the casual body – another name for the bliss body. The causal body is the vehicle through which the individual soul reincarnates and it is said to remain through rebirth. It contains karmic imprints carried over from past lives, but only a few are revealed in a particular lifetime depending on the environment. Side note that this also will revert back to how emotional and traumatic energies are stored within the body and hence why we utilize the different practices of Yoga to begin to break down these conditioned behaviors. Our individualized consciousness is not helpful. Yoga Nidra can reach directly into this hard drive known as Citta. And as a means to rewrite what is contained in it. When we change the patterns and the conditioning of our brains we change the patterns and habits of how we see energy in our bodies.
