Moving meditation is a combination of linking breath to movement within a conscious effort. It is a state of being rather than a state of doing. In this episode, we explore the method in which moving in alignment with breath nurtures a state of transcendence which prepares the mind and body to enter into meditation through yoga. Ep:53 Establishing a Healthy Routine with Ayurveda. 7 Steps to Optimal Health with Ayurveda Part 2: Meditation
What does a "daily routine" look like? We have so much going on throughout the day that the thought of establishing and committing to a daily routine does not seem to "fit in" to the daily routine that we already have. Instead of looking at it as a "daily routine," let's change the vocabulary to Lifestyle Enhancement. In this episode, we go over what an Ayurvedic daily routine looks like and the importance of establishing and maintaining one. Honoring this aspect in your life will improve your overall outlook on the relationship you have with yourself, and the relationship you will nurture with other. "Once can only give to others, to the extent one can give to themselves only." Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. We go over some tips to help you get started. 21 days is all you need to formulate a new habit and integrate a new routine.

Ep:50 Embracing God Consciousness Part 2. There is No Running Away from Yourself.
Mental, emotional, physical, and economic well-being has skyrocketed over the last few years, and recently, it seems the weight of the world is falling on many more shoulders. Some are still stuck within their own mind like a twisted fun house at a carnival without knowing the way out.
Ep:49 Embracing God Consciousness Part 1. Outer Depends on Inner.
A sensitive topic but one of great growth. I open up about my journey of Christianity and how it led me to the awakening to Higher States of Consciousness through the liberation of breaking the “Christian” paradigm. God-consciousness is a union of how we come to live without conditions. This is the first part of this particular journey and next week we dive even deeper.
Ep:48 Attachment is a Function of the Mind. Discovering Liberation through Higher States of Consciousness Part 1.
We are attached to the role, therefore confining ourselves in a cage with the gate wide open. Driving ourselves into silent suffering to remain a representative of what we thought we needed to be and not allowing ourselves to evolve into what we are becoming…
S1 Ep:47 Understanding the Four Levels of Intellect
These are not four separate entities. They are simply four levels of functioning of the mind. Hence, we may refer to them altogether as the mind, the mind-intellect, the mind-intellect-ego, or the mind-intellect-Chitta-ego. They all refer to the same thing. (Mukundananda, 2014) In order to be able to use it as a friend, it is important to understand the mind’s nature. Our mind operates at four levels. In this episode, we dive into what those are.
Ep:46 Paradigm Shifts - Your Truth is Different Than My Truth.
We have all heard the term, “the truth will set you free,” however, you may not like it. Hence the reason why it is followed by the phrase, “the truth hurts.” It makes me laugh when I hear the words, “I got you,” or “I have you figured out,” because, the only thing they “got” is their interpretation of what they think they know to be true for their own validation. One can really not figure anyone out, like people, places, and environments are always changing. Just like the waves in the ocean, they can not be predicted.
Ep:45 The Whole Journey is the Full Potential. Understanding what BEING means.
The words that follow are my human attempt to put words to what entering transcendence may feel like…
These are the words that express the journey that my beloved mother and possibly all who have fallen and entered into the ancestral realm, along with those who enter into transcendental states during meditations may be experiencing, as this is a reflection of what a glimpse of this experience feels like….
Ep:44 Knowing Your True Self - Conscious Living

Ep:42 I AM A Liar: Being Honest With The Self To Overcome Mental Strain

We become more clear when we can fully face our true selves. Join our Free Membership and get guided meditations to support you on your yoga and mental health journey.
